At Zivah Couture, customer satisfaction is important to us. As many of our products are handcrafted, made-to-order, or produced in limited quantities, we maintain the following refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

1. General Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in circumstances outlined in this policy. By placing an order with Zivah Couture, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order garments

  • Stitched or altered products

  • Personalized items

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted merchandise

  • Gift cards

  • Products purchased during promotional campaigns marked as non-refundable

Once production has started on a custom order, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

3. Eligible Refund Requests

A refund may be considered if:

  • You receive an incorrect item.

  • The item arrives damaged due to shipping.

  • The product received contains a significant manufacturing defect.

  • The ordered item is unavailable and cannot be fulfilled.

To be eligible, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Description of the issue

Claims submitted after the specified timeframe may not be accepted.

4. Refund Review Process

All refund requests are subject to review by our customer support team.

Upon receiving your request, we may:

  • Request additional information or images.

  • Arrange a return of the item for inspection.

  • Verify the reported issue before approving a refund.

Approval of a refund is at the sole discretion of Zivah Couture after investigation.

5. Return Requirement for Refunds

If a return is required before processing a refund:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by Zivah Couture.

Returned items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a refund.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Depending on the payment provider, refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear in your account after approval.

Processing times may vary by bank, credit card provider, or payment gateway.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and other delivery-related charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error on our part.

8. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before processing or production begins. Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

Custom Orders

Custom-made, stitched, altered, or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

9. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to accept a shipment, any refund issued may be reduced by:

  • Shipping charges

  • Return shipping costs

  • Customs fees

  • Handling expenses

10. International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by their country.

Such charges are not refundable by Zivah Couture.
