Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

At Zivah Couture, we strive to deliver premium-quality ethnic wear that exceeds your expectations. Every garment is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest standards of quality.

Please read our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible products in the following cases:

  • Size-related issues

  • Damaged product received

  • Incorrect product received

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery of your order.

Exchange Eligibility

The item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • Returned in its original packaging

Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, we will process the exchange subject to stock availability.

Return Policy

We currently do not offer direct monetary refunds.

Eligible returns are accepted in the form of:

  • Store Credit

  • Exchange for another product of equal or higher value

Store Credit will remain valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Customized or altered products

  • Made-to-order products

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional events

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Accessories and add-on products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Share your Order ID

  3. Attach clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue

Our team will review the request and provide a suitable resolution.

Requests submitted without supporting photos or videos may not be eligible for replacement.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:

  • Product is unavailable after order confirmation

  • Order is cancelled by Zivah Couture

  • Verified duplicate payment

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Color & Product Variations

We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Screen resolution differences

  • Lighting conditions

  • Photography settings

Such variations shall not be considered defects.

Quality Inspection

All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.

Products showing signs of:

  • Use

  • Washing

  • Perfume or deodorant stains

  • Makeup stains

  • Missing tags

  • Damaged packaging

will not qualify for exchange, return, or store credit.
